Chicky Chicken undertakes to ensure, where possible, that clients receive top quality products at all times. Should Chicky Chicken feel that a product is not to a satisfactory grade, you will be notified up front and the product will be exchanged for one that meets the required level of quality. Products are received pre-packed and sealed from our supplier and in most cases will be delivered to you as it was received. Should you find that the quality of the product received is not satisfactory, you must inform Chicky Chicken within 48 hours of receipt, for a replacement of the product. No refunds will be given.
Orders close at 12pm every Thursday for delivery or collection on Friday. Orders received after 12pm on a Thursday, will only be delivered or ready for collection, the following Friday. Delivery is for Johannesburg only and a standard delivery fee will be charged. Collections must be pre-arranged, at least 3 hours before collection.
We only accept Electronic Funds Transfer or direct deposit payments. No cheques or credit card payments will be accepted. Your order will only be processed once funds have cleared in our bank account. No products will be released without receipt of full payment. Proof of payment only will not be sufficient as they may be fraudulent. If banking with another bank, we advise that you select the immediate transfer option if using internet banking, to avoid delays in your order.
Chicky Chicken will arrange with you in advance when your order will be delivered. Delivery is only for the Johannesburg area. Should you reside outside Johannesburg, your order must be collected. If a delivery time has been arranged and for whatever reason you are not at the delivery location as arrange, you will be charged an additional delivery fee should you require delivery to be at a later time/ location.
